They were so detailed and accurate with their drawings and specifications that all of the other contractors used the measurements provided by Wood Palace and did not even bother making their own. They knew!

The carpenter was able to knock out a wall based on Tim’s drawings and the dry wall guy found the direction provided by Wood Palace to be invaluable. As well, the plumber and electrician used the drawings and sketches that Wood Palace created. Everything fit perfectly.

Beyond that, the installer was a seasoned professional. He came out to the house and gave us a time line that was accurate. He had great ideas and we could tell right away that he not only knew what he was doing but that he was committed to making everything go very smoothly.
